Scott Crawford - Massage Therapist
Dip. Rem Massage,
Member of M&MA
Scott completed his Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2006 at the South Australian College of Natural Medicine. He is also trained in post-surgical intervention, dry needling, Chinese cupping and Rocktaping.
Scott enjoys treating all bodies in need, especially those requiring maintenance of general muscle and myofascial tissue tightness, which can be a result of poor posture, repetitive movement strains, or general body tension as a result of our busy daily lives and sometimes stressful working environments.
As a result of his own interest in sports and his passion for cycling as a result of his racing at the elite level locally for 10 years, Scott specializes in sporting injuries and has a wealth of experience in this area from working with many amateur and professional athletes including those at Port Power Football Club (5 years), the Australian Wheelchair Basketball team, A-league soccer clubs and top pro cycling teams Team Sky, Trek Leopard and Astana when they compete in the Tour Down Under.
Whether you’re in need of a stress free relaxing massage to clear the mind and calm the body, or an unravelling of tight overworked muscles because of your intense training, Scott will be able to set you on the right path. He might even tell you his favourite coffee stops in the Adelaide hills and along the coast from his cycling routes.
