Bek is a Holistic Nutritionist and Personal Trainer with 20 years experience in the fitness industry and in working closely with other allied health professionals. Her skills include using exercise, stretching and mobility exercises, and now nutritional medicine, to help people recover from injury, improve their movement and/or get fitter and stronger.

The why behind the what
It's all about YOU. Bek is committed to developing nutrition and/or exercise programs that are tailored specifically to each client, especially in regards to their exercise capacity and available time. Exercise programs can either be designed for at the gym or, if you prefer, a home based program.
Bek will work with you to identify the primary cause of your symptoms and equip you with nutrition and lifestyle strategies to optimise your health. Whole foods, lifestyle changes and, as needed, supplementations are the tools that are used to help restore your health to its full potential. In her training Bek has gained a knowledge and awareness of food intolerances, leaky gut, sleep disturbances, allostatic overload/stress (even if you don't feel stressed) and toxin exposure, allowing her to holistically attend to your health.
When Bek's not wearing her detective hat she loves spending time with her family, going to the beach, experiencing food, exercising -especially weight training and hot yoga - if she could do all of these things with coffee, she would!
